Emulator not working (Windows - AMD)

How I can fix this? I tried to download HAXM but it's the same again...

Make sure you have adequate free disk space
If the emulator repeatedly fails to launch for you, check to see that you have adequate free disk space. Up next, free physical RAM before launching the emulator by closing unused applications and files or using Disk Cleanup.
