Unable to position Index

I can't tell what I'm doing wrong. I've been messing with the index control and no matter what I do the index dots are not at the very top of my control. I've tired using edj, I've tried building things manually. The dots seem to float 15% down the screen.

To keep the page control dots at the top, you may go through index.c file of UIComponents app from Tizen Studio. Please go through the _body_circle_even_queue_cb and _create_view_layout functions of that file. Also please check elmdemo-test/index_circle group of index.edc file. Now modify your source code accordingly. Hope it'll help you to fulfill your requirement and set the dots at top like below image:
