List within a list

How can I make a list like the one in "Settings->Display->Backlight time" ?

Because there's no such thing in TableViewAnnexStyle or ListViewAnnexStyle

check UiControls sample app available in Tizen IDE>New>Project>Tizen>Tizen Native Project>Sample

I did check the UIControls sample but there's no such control, only ListView or TableView. I also noticed that if I create a setting via xml, it's possible to have that control (called expanditem). However, AFAIK there's no way to make it by code.
