Black screen on remote device

We are trying to develop an native tizen application. 

When we try it in the emulator it runs smooth, but on Tizen Remote Test Lab, after successfull installation,  it shows only black screen ... SDK version is 2.2 .. build for ARM architecture with Secure Profile activated .

How we can get some data dump, error log or whatever to debug the problem, and does anybody has some idea what can be causing this ?

Hi,

If you attempt to connect to a remote Tizen device in a Samsung Remote Test Lab and the screen is blank with the progress window stuck at the "Loading screen..." message, try right-clicking at the top of the virtual device (skin) and selecting Manage >> Reboot. Once the device reboots (in a couple of minutes), the progress window will actually complete and the remote device home screen will appear properly.
