Install as reg user and mv or cp to new location ( i had to use java 1.6 and i used 20 tries to get through installer)
FYI linux users.
install with regular user. CP\MV new location.
mount user forlder. if encrypted su user and ecryptfs-mount-private
bashrc it if you dont want to do it everytime.
i had to:
ln -sf /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libudev.so.1 /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libudev.so.0
