Cant get a Samsung certificate

Using Tizen Studio, trying to get a Samsung certificate so i can get install permission for my emulator...

Using the certificate manager, i get to the page where i log into Samsung to generate my cert, a few seconds after i see the login page, i get an error from the Samsung web server about a 403 missing resource...

I think you should follow these steps(see link below) only to run your app in emulator.

https://developer.tizen.org/development/tizen-studio/native-tools/running-and-testing-your-app/emulator
