Tizen Developers

I have a new design which shows a list to be selected from. The list is long enough to need scrolling, which works fine using swipe. However, I can't for the life of me figure out how to enable scrolling using the rotating bezel. None of the API documentation, examples, or tutorials I am going through seem to explain this. Can anyone point me to the correct documentation to enable this? Thank you.
