Increasing the priority to service

Hai all,

How to increase the priority to service

 

At boot up time iam invoking the service but before my service so many services are executing but i want my service to execute first.

Is it possible if it possible plz guide me

Iam invoking my own locksreen through service app after boot time ,but before my lockscreen  tizen default lockscreen is comming then  how to invoke my own lockscreen before default lock 

 

plz give us any idea on this
