If an end user downloads the app via Tizen App Share, will it be counted as unique download and be attributed to monthly download list?

I have no compatible Android Device...

All attempts lead to crash of this app...

Seems this app require higher Android Version as 4.4.4 ...

In Seller Office it is possible to find little bit info about this "feature"...
