As we can regenerate certificate file using existing author.crt with device-profile.html in case of Wearable SDK. so you can save few files only for update.

But I recommend you to keep all of files inside of keystore folder for safe.

But Application ID ( in config.file) it is necessary for update?

I think how it save.... as project, wgt file or config.file

 And if you delete tizen wearable install files and again install wearable sdc - your crt certificate and device.html will not be accepted in the new tizen wearable sdc.

when updating an application, please make sure information like application ID (PACKAGE ID) and certification must be the same.
