Waiting for review for 3 weeks now...

Hi,

 

Am I doing something wrong? I've sent my app to review almost 3 weeks ago (current status "Validation" - from the day I've sent it), and still no review.

I chose it to be live 1st July but I don't think I'm going to make it :/

Can anybody help? Is there a support e-mail or something like that?

Go to "My Applications", check "Status -> Validation":
In Validation (1): The application in review
Finished (1): The application has been approved
Rejected (1): The application was rejected

Usually it takes about 3-4 days

When I go to "My Applications" the "Status -> Validations" field says "Ready (1)"



I'ts been that way since the beginning.

What do you mean "You have not submit"?
I've clicked "submit to review", when everything was ready.
When I click on my app and see details I can't edit anything (because I've accepted everything), I have only "cancel" button on top.

Could you tell me what should I do then?

You cancel it and resubmit!!!!

what options do you have in the top right corner on when you click on Ready(1). There shuould be RELEASE button. Dont click it if want to see your app on the 1st :)

hmm, your app stuck. Ask support team what is happening or reupload application. Validation usually takes up to 5 days.

So I got answer from Tizen Team.

Apparently my app had some special chars in description (emoticons) and that got it stuck.
