How to avoid different author signature issue
Hi Tizen Friends Please note that I am unable to update my existing app on Tizen store with new version due to different author signature. What I can do now although I am using the same secure profile. Any advise? 1 I have the complete source code folder of first version. Can it help to check whether I am using the same secure profile or not? 2 Does it only secure profile and password that make the author signature or anything else? I have just upgraded to SDK 2.2.1 from 2.1 Its very important for me to update the previous version with teh new version instead of uploading new app. thank you,

i have the same problem. The Tizen Team should take care of this.

I don't understand the problem. I am using the same the secure profile since SDK 2.0 on different OSs (Windows and Ubuntu)

I have upgraded my apps recently to 2.2.1 with same profile and password and had no error

 

i have formatted the pc after the 2.0 update. but can't upload the 2.2.1 binary to the store due to the "Author Signature Mismatch" Error.

Did you save the p12 secure file or you have lost it? formating the PC means nothing if you have the p12 file otherwise you have no option but recreate the secure file if you can or upload new app
