There seems to be a big problem with Cocos2d-x games:

"Through a regular check up of all applications, we found that your application uses programming interface embedded 
in the official SDK but not specified as official Tizen API’s.
All applications submitted to Tizen Store must comply with Tizen validation guideline and base on guideline chapter 3.14.3,
we prohibit use of internal API."

Looks bad !! I used graphic static library myself in one app but not submitted yet to the store. I decided to remove jpeg, png and Tiff support from it and relay on bmp. I found that there are conflicts with internal API like Image EncodeN method for jpb, png and tiff but not for bmp I don't know if it is good choice and if it will pass the certification

I don't see any section 3.14.3 in Validation Guide, so I guess they removed it. But then again, Samsung Seller has always been pain in a#$ to work with - they will give you 100% correct, verifiable information while rejecting the app. Cupertino and Mountain View is still the best bet rather than waste time on Tizen! :(
