Can't sign up into Tizen Store Seller Office with Corporate Seller

Hi,

I'm trying to create an account on Tizen Store Seller Office as a Corporate Seller but when I enter the basic information and click 'Confirm', nothing happens. I get this error on the console:

Would you please try filling up the basic information form again? I've tried to create a Corporate Seller account and didn't find such problem.
