javascript with native app

Hi! I need to use google maps places javascript library in a native app for smartwatch, can I work with javascrpit in a native app or should I make a web app instead? can you refer me to some tutorials please?

You may use Maps Place API instead of using Google Places JavaScript library. 

The Maps Place API allows you to find place information like  search for places within a specified area, search for popular places, etc. Please have a look into this link to know more about the features Maps Place API offers.
