Tizen Developers

I need to develope an app for tizen 2.3 and all I want that app to

load my website, handling new tab creation, message pop up in case of no internet conectivity and showing splash screen.

In last version of sdk i built a native app and used webviewer to do these tasks,but as 2.3 is not supporting those classes now,that code is trash now.

Can someone provide me sample code for this.
