How to get Z1/Z3 device for testing purpose outside of india?

Have to test my application on real device, but i'm not in india, where can i get an device?

The Remote Test Lab is not work for me. I need monitor the performance and the audio output of application.

Does anyone have some used device for borrow or sale?

Hi,
I do not know exactly regarding Z1 (possibly it is available somewhere outside of india) but afaik Z3 is available in India only.
Or you should have a relationship with Samsung to get them custom/developers devices.
But maybe someone could propose idea how to obtain it.

Hello,

as far as I know, Samsung had planned to sell Tizen phones not only in India but also in Russia and Japan, but cancelled the release in these countries saying it wanted more time to "enhance" the ecosystem. Probably, Samsung has decided to release it in other countries since that time but I've heard that Z3 is available only in India.
