Changing App icon on the fly?
Hello - Can the default icon for an app be changed on the fly by the app itself? If yes, and if the app is running in the background, then the app could change it's icon based on the state of the app. Thank You, Carlos

It's not available to change icon by application itself. You can change icon from updating application
