Can't generate certificate profile

when i log in my samsung account, certificate manager didn't jump to the next step. And login dialog just leave a "succeed" word. Did anybody has met this before?

 

The certificate manager just stay this state after i login my Sansung account.i wait for about 1 hour, but still didn't work.

i have tried windows and ubuntu OS, but same result.

Please try with a proper instatallation again. Also please check that you've done all the prerequisites as describes in this link. 

NOTE: You must install Java Development Kit (JDK) 8 or 9 to use the Tizen Studio. Do not install OpenJDK.

Thanks for help! I have solved  this problem. Frist I login samsung account with my phone number, here comes the problem. Then I login with my email, the problem disapper. Maybe you can try to use both way to login when meet this problem.
