If SmartViewSDK is not working in the browser, you can try following these steps to fix the issue:

Verify compatibility: Make sure that the browser you are using is compatible with SmartViewSDK. Check the documentation or the SDK's official website to see the list of supported browsers.

Clear browser cache: Clear your browser's cache and restart it. Sometimes, cached files can interfere with the proper functioning of the SDK. Clearing the cache will ensure that you have the latest version of the SDK.

Check for JavaScript errors: Open the browser's developer console (usually accessible through the F12 key) and check for any JavaScript errors. Fixing these errors might resolve the issue.

Enable pop-ups: If the SDK opens in a new window or tab, ensure that your browser is allowing pop-ups from the website where you are trying to use the SDK. Go to your browser settings and enable pop-ups if necessary.

Disable browser extensions: Some browser extensions can interfere with the operation of certain websites or SDKs. Try disabling any extensions that may be causing conflicts with the SDK and see if that resolves the issue.

Update browser and SDK: Check if there are any updates available for your browser and SmartViewSDK. Keeping both up to date ensures compatibility and resolves any known bugs or issues.

Update plugins: Certain plugins, like Adobe Flash Player, might be required for SmartViewSDK to function properly. Ensure that you have the latest version of any necessary plugins installed.

Contact support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, reach out to the SmartViewSDK support team for further assistance. They will have more specific troubleshooting steps based on your use case and environment.
