Availability of .NET for Tizen 3 devices? (wearables)

Hello,
I have recently purchased a Samsung Gear S3 watch with Tizen 3.0.0.2 installed on it.
I fiddled with Tizen .NET dev kit today, created a default Xamarin Forms application and tried to downgrade the Tizen .NET sdk dependency to 3.0 but unfortunately with no luck since Xamarin Forms is dependent on Tizen 4.0 so is Circular UI. So far there is no view framework available for Tizen 3.0.
So is there are any real way of developping an app for Tizen 3.0 Wearables in .NET?
