In my opinion is RD-PQ like "Live Demo Unit" I9300X...

Missing Hardware parts are the reason for NO Call and NO GPS...

Yep... This is also rumour.

Because now everybody think this is Software issue... But I am pretty sure. RD-PQ is similar to "Live Demo Unit"...

Simple test. Open RD-PQ and check if all parts on PCB... Layout from I9300 and Live Demo Unit I9300X you can find via Google.

I can't check by my self, because no RD-PQ...

There are different variants... but I think you need big luck to have full working I9300A PCB in RD-PQ...
