Good question...

No idea if Retail devices will support installation without Web/T store...

Remember restrictions on bada... without hack crack Signature crap... aka Spoofing...

I mean 1 app with Developer Cert is no really option... :)

Thank you guys for reply,

so we just have to wait to be sure.

Hello,

User can download app from your resource and instal it from sdcard

""User can download app from your resource and instal it from sdcard""

Your are 100 % sure this will be also happen on Retail devices for endusers?

Maybe this is only Developer option during Development...

I can remember, oap on bada is protected...

For install test apps you have to use 1 Cert which was limited to 1 app...

Why this should be different, if Tizen store will opened "soon"...

Not tested yet by me...

RTL could be 1 way to check Z...

Then we will wait for Z Retail Version and compare result.

Blablabla... HTML5 Apps (wgt) will obv. runs without any distribution like widgets on bada... Same procedure...

The native Apps can also be install without Tizen Store or another distribution...

Peter Wegner

Is this confirmed on Z?

Somebody is able to test and confirm this on "Retail Z" ?

Maybe someone could check this with RTL...

It's expected that developers will not be allowed to side-load their apps such as Samsung Gear2.

Marco Buettner

As I know Gear 2 has no Filesystem-Manager and also no Browser ;)

But Tizen for Wearables isn't complete comparable to Tizen for Mobile
