another game framework and the most popular Unity3d is not ready yet!!

unity3d would be massive for tizen specially with 2d tools they released in version 4.3

For a limited time, thanks to our partnership with Tizen, you can have access to part of the SWF library for no charge. This version does not include the in-development support for HTML5, but does include support for native platforms.
