Tizen Developers

I'm trying to create certificates for the galaxy watch and or the gear S3 ... I have managed to figure out that in order to "permit to install" tizen studio is trying to push the device-profile.xml file... but the certificate manager never creates this file... It's still creating the legacy certificate-registration.xml which works for older devices like the gear S2 .... Is the a setting somewhere that I need to change? ... I've downloaded all the Samsung certificate extensions etc... Thanks in advance :)
