What are the chances of that device becoming available in Europe?

(I have got 2 apps pretty much ready to be published, just waiting for a Tizen 3 device - anyone want to send me a Z4 for real-world testing?)

afaik it will be distributed in Asia, Africa and Latin-America;

US/Europe: probably not but it will be available on ebay UK

Why it is still impossible to upload Tizen 3 apps to Seller Office?

 

Highest supported API seems 2.4(.0.7)...

They have added the Z4 (Tizen 3) to the store today - just uploaded a Tizen 3 app now...

No idea if webRTC is allowed... to check the "Video Calling" rumour.
