How to Update My RD-PQ Device to Tizen 2.2.1

Hi i am new developer on tizen and i have received developer device (RD-PQ Ref). my device running tizen 2.2 os and i want to update tizen os 2.2.1 with has wifi.

i have windows pc i don't know how to update my developer device tizen os. 

can you guide me how to update tizen os with windows pc step by step...

I tried up this live CD but when I plug my RD-PQ device, warning message appears telling "Unable to open MTP device..."

Any idea ?

Got the same thing. 

Restarted the device and restarted the VM (im running Lubuntu on vmware).

worked.
