How it was easier for me to migrate MBOX files to AOL

The latest problem that I stumbled upon is related to the conversion of Gmail MBOX files to AOL recently. Since MBOX files are not compatible with AOL, the process at first seemed somewhat difficult. What I was most worried about was how to resolve such issues that would see the folder structure, format and even attachment moved over during the transfer. I found manual effort consuming and erroneous, so I began the search for a better approach to solving the problem.

I looked up many programs, and then I saw that the WebbyAcad MBOX converter software was just what I needed. It was instrumental in helping me export Gmail MBOX files into AOL with the same professionalism as employed when delivering the original formatting of the emails, the folder structure, plus attachments, respectively. Another feature of this tool was that it could handle multiple emails at one time, and this helped me because working with several emails is not a joke and is time-consuming.

Here’s how I managed the process: First I created a backup of all the MBOX files that I would be working with just to make sure that no data was going to be deleted. After that, I backed up the files for AOL with the help of the MBOX converter tool, where I inserted the Username and Password of the AOL mail account. It was smooth and my problem was solved; I could not ask for more.

I suggest anyone who goes through such problems should try the WebbyAcad MBOX email migrator for the easiest process of migration. I learned that to manage the migration of emails which can be very difficult, it is necessary to have the right approach and correct tools. I intend that the information in this article can help clients of various platforms make their migration more straightforward.
