Hi , 

 I would like to develop a IME application which does prediction of words for the char(s) pressed on the keyboard .

1.Which application is best fit

Tizen Web Application (or)

Tizen Native Application (or)

2.I assume IME is an application which should be alive every time.Is such application termed as Service application???As IME also needs UI how it should be handled.Whether it wirtten as Tizen Web Application ( in javascript) or Tizen Native Application

3.I have seen the IME template in Tizen Native Application.So IME cannot be written as Tizen Web Application.
