Can I use Tizen color gamma and Tizen icons in other platforms?

Can I use Tizen color theme and Tizen icons in other platforms, such as iOS, Android, Blackberry, Desktop operation systems in my application?

Every thing in Tizen is patented. So unless you break any patent agreement you are free to use anything.
