all your apps removed or just all ones that pass 10K? my apps removed to between 10K and 20K

My App removed from New free after crossing 16K. One day before it was at 12.5K downloads. Got 3.5K downloads more and next day it was removed. So there might be two new criterion in place for removing apps from new free category:- 1) If app crosses around 15k or whatever cumulative downloads limit or 2) If app starts getting more than 3K downloads in a day. This seems more logical to me as apps getting removed at diff download counts now for diff devs as reported above. What do you say guys?? Is there still any chance of winning??

for this month i will say difficult just to get 30K download, new free store algorithm is changed a lot and not just filtered by download number, not all new free apps that just released shown regardless their download number

yes store is update again, top free in category is changed to popular and it looks like sort by total download maybe at least 60 days, and the result you can see popular section is full of last winner apps (some are not win but have big download on last 2 month) and as i have been said before new free part is also have new rule, but i'm not know exactly the rule, it was still order by daily download but some new apps is not shown, it looks like they pick what app should now show in new app and that is not depend on daily download nor app quality, what i know is some old developer get pending on their new apps (couple of days after released date), their apps is not shown on new free
