Asking for Privileges Every Time When App is Installed

My Application gets Privileges from user, only when it's installed for the first time in a device. If the Application is reinstalled, it doesn't ask for any privilege from the user and gets the privileges of the previous response instead.
How can I force my application to ask the user for the privileges whenever it's installed on a device.
